The four robberies had similar suspects and began two weeks before the releases were issued. Each county appears to be handling the investigations separately despite the clear similarities.

York County:

The first robbery happened at the Mt. Rose Ave Central Mart in York on Wednesday, April 26 around 10:50 p.m., according to the Spring Garden Township Police Department.

The suspect has been described as a Black man, around six feet tall wearing blue mechanic-style gloves, a navy blue Columbia branded coat, black pants, black shoes, and a black ski mask.

The second armed robbery happened at the Mt. Rose Ave. Family Dollar around 10:29 p.m., the SGTPD said.

The suspect in this incident has also been described as a Black man, approximately six feet tall, wearing gloves, a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes, and a mask.

A black handgun was brandished in both robberies.

Anyone with information about those robberies and/or the suspects is asked to call Spring Garden Township Police at 717-843-0851.

Lancaster County:

The next masked, gloved, robber in sweatpants— this time in a white T-shirt, not a coat— broke through the rear kitchen window at Two Cousins Pizza, located at 3099 East Lincoln Highway in Paradise Township around 1:30 a.m. on May 1, 2023, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The security camera footage showed the man opening three cash drawers and removing money. He took three electronic tablets, two laptop computers, and approximately $5,500 in cash stored in a back office desk drawer, according to PSP.

PSP Lancaster is investigating.

Franklin County:

The most recent robbery also involved a masked armed man, this time he is described as "a young white male, stocky build, blue eyes, approximately 5’10” in height, wearing a black hoodie," according to the Waynesboro police.

The man brandished a black semi-automatic handgun when he entered the restaurant and preceded to take cash from the registers and the night deposit at the East Main Street McDonald’s around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, the police explained citing the eatery's employees.

He then fled from the restaurant and ran across the parking lot, according to police.

Any individual who may have information is asked to contact the Waynesboro Police Department at 717-762-2131.
